Economic growth helps pay for them all.
Municipalities have very limited means of funding. Eliminating waste, duplication and efficiencies help make our sure we are getting full value-for-money to pay for what we need. Getting the things we want is another story requiring we either raise taxes or develop a larger tax base. The Chinook Initiative is a plan to grow the tax base so that we can afford the things we want without having to drastically change our lifestyle.
